Background: After graduating college, I spent a decade in Silicon Valley where I worked in sales and product management at several internet companies including Yahoo! From there, my wife and I took some of our earnings and started investing in real estate in 2003. It soon became my passion, and to this day we've either flipped or held onto over a dozen properties. I still invest today, and having started from that side, I tend to have a unique viewpoint when working with clients since the financial numbers have become second nature to me. Outside of work I'm very interested in environmental causes and am currently earning my Realtor Green designation. I've donated time and money to Habitat for Humanity. I'm also an accomplished writer, having written a couple of plays produced in Los Angeles and a festival winning short film. I currently live in San Diego with my wife and two kids.
